Cancel any time

You can cancel Premium at any time from your account page. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Cooling-off period

If you buy Premium online, you may cancel within 7 days of buying and ask for a full refund, as provided for in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, with no reason needed. Email [email protected] from the address on your account.

After the cooling-off period

We do not usually refund the part of a period that has already started, but if something went wrong, such as being charged twice or a technical fault that stopped you using Premium, tell us and we will put it right.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through PayFast, and can take a few working days to show.
