Owlie Learn is operated by owlie learn (“we”, “us”), cape town. Contact: [email protected].
1. What Owlie Learn is
Owlie Learn provides practice worksheets for learners in Grades 1 to 7. It follows the content areas of the South African CAPS curriculum but is an independent resource and is not affiliated with the Department of Basic Education. It supports learning and does not replace schooling.
2. Free and Premium
The free version can be used without an account. Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks extra subjects, more learners, longer worksheets and cloud sync, as described on our pricing page. We may change what each plan includes; if we do, we will tell subscribers in advance.
3. Accounts
You must be 18 or older, or a parent or guardian, to create an account or buy Premium. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Children use the app under the supervision of their parent or guardian.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Prices are in South African rand. Premium renews automatically every month or every year, whichever you chose, until you cancel. Payments are processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd; we do not see or store your card details. You can cancel at any time from your account page and keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. See our refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or republish the questions in bulk, try to break or overload the service, or use it unlawfully.
6. Content accuracy
We work hard to make the questions and answers correct, but mistakes can happen. Please tell us if you spot one. The service is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
7. Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
